Newcomers and Special Education Services - To continue special education services contact the base school in your attendance area and provide them with documentation of your child's special needs (i.e., a copy of the student's IEP).  When school is not in session you may contact Special Education Services at 919-858-3151.
Voices Together - Social Skills group for adults and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.  Using the power and enjoyment of music to improve social skills, enhance self-esteem and provide a positive social experience within a small group community.  A group is also available for individuals with limited or no speech.  For more information see their website at www.voicestogether.net or contact Yasmine White at yasmine@voicestogether.net.
SibShops- Support Group for typical children who have sisters or brothers with special needs.    Cost is $15.00 per session.  For more information contact Jennifer Tabery at (919) 807-65402 or jennifer.tabery@ci.raleigh.nc.us.
Teen Group - Teen Social Club will give teens an opportunity to meet others and enjoy community outings.  The group is for anyone ages 13-18 years old with a diagnosis of Autism or Aspergers Syndrome.  There is no fee but a donation to ASNC (Autism Society of North Carolina) would be appreciated.  The outings will cost around $10 per person and need to be funded by the participant.  For more information contact Ginger Huntsinger at The Autism Society of North Carolina at (919) 743-0204, ext 27 or ghuntsinger@autismsociety-nc.org.
Raleigh Little Theatre Classes

Atkion club - Community service group for citizens 17 and up.
